Park rules & Policies
Check-in: 1:00 PM
Upon arrival, please stop in the office (the big red barn). The office is where you will pick up park information and complete any needed paperwork. Please do not assume early check in as available. Plan to arrive at 1:00 PM unless you receive management approval.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
This applies to all site types and cabin rentals. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the office at (660) 867-5518 prior to 11:00 AM on your scheduled date of departure. Late check out may be available for Tent/ RV site stays for a fee, subject to availability. Late check out for cabin stays are not available. There are no refunds for early departure.
Late Arrivals: PLAN TO ARRIVE PRIOR TO 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM will need to be prearranged by calling the camp office at (660) 867-5518. Absolutely no check-ins after 9:00 PM.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm until 7:00 am
Cancelation Policy: Eagle Ridge is not responsible for weather or other non-weather-related incidents including illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting travel plans. We adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstance. We do not issue refunds for early departure.

For RV and Tent Sites:
- A refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in, less a $15 processing fee; any third-party reservation fees are non-refundable
- The $2.00 booking fee is non-refundable
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled stay are non-refundable

For Cabin(s):
- A refund will be issued for cancelations made more than two weeks prior to check-in, less a $25 processing fee; any third-party reservation fees are non-refundable
- The $2.00 booking fee is non-refundable
- Cancelations made within two weeks of your scheduled stay are non-refundable

Site Occupancy:
- Rates for all campsites + Cabin include a stay for up to 4 persons, additional up to 6 total are $5.00 each
- The maximum capacity per RV/Tent site is 6 persons at any given time. Children under 2 are exempted
- Maximum length of stay is 14 days for RV, Cabin / 7 days for tent without management approval
- Site/Location is not guaranteed; we reserve the right to move you to a like location if necessary
- Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or eject any person or party without refund
Visitors: Visitors must check in at the camp store/office and register/pay for day use (children under 2 are exempt). Rates are $5.00 per day/$10.00 overnight/$20.00 per week. All registered campers are responsible for their visitors. Visitors should not arrive before 9:00 AM and must depart by 9:00 PM. Visitors may not bring pets on site. Overflow parking is not available. Extra vehicles will need to be parked elsewhere.
Campsite Policies:
- Rugs/mats are not allowed on the grass for any reason
- One unit per site, additional equipment or tent only with prior approval and will incur additional charge
- NO PARKING IN THE GRASS, EVER FOR ANY REASON (unless renting a tent site)
- Washing of RVs is not permitted in the park
- Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater must be disposed thru sewer connection
- Use of generators is NOT permitted
- Charging of Electric Vehicles is not allowed
Cabin Policies: Maximum capacity for the cabin is 6 persons. Linens are NOT provided; please bring your own. Lawn chairs are recommended for outdoor seating. The cabins are equipped with heat/air, apartment sized refrigerator, coffee pot, table and chairs. Inside you'll find three full sized and two twin sized mattresses plus an additional lofted sleeping space. Children under 8 are not allowed in the loft space at any time for any reason. A picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill are provided outside.
- Use designated gravel parking spot only; one vehicle limit
- PETS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CABIN. This will result in an automatic $175 fee and the party will be asked to leave without a refund
- DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN. This will result in an automatic $250 fee and the party will be asked to leave without a refund
- Cabin Key must be returned at end of stay. A $25 fee will be charged if the key is not returned
- Cabin clean-up: It is expected that the cabin will be returned to the state in which it was received when the guest checked in. Trash is taken to the dumpsters, floors swept. Cleaning fees may apply for non-compliance
- Should the accommodation warrant extended attention upon guest check-out including but not limited to smoke odor, pet evidence, damage to the premises or contents or missing items, we will charge the guest on file a recovery fee as noted above or as otherwise necessary
Firewood: OUTSIDE FIREWOOD IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE PARK; firewood is available to purchase on-site by the bundle. We are happy to deliver it to your campsite.
Vehicles:
- One vehicle per site
- Novelty vehicles are not permitted and include but are not limited to Gas/Electric UTV/ATV, golf carts, 4 wheelers, scooters, children's battery powered vehicles, remote-controlled toys
- Bicycles are permitted during daylight hours only
- The park-wide speed limit is 5 MPH
Pool/Playground:
- NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY - Swim at your own risk
- Pool is for registered guests only
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult
- Pool opens at 11:00AM, both pool/playground close at 8:00PM (seasonal shift to 7:00 PM close in Sept)
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior
- Diving is not permitted
- Alcohol and Food are not permitted in the pool
- Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at pool or playground
- Diapers are not allowed in pool/swim diapers only
Lake:
- No swimming allowed
- Fishing is allowed; please release fish under 7"
- Please dispose of fish waste wisely; place in plastic bag and remove from your campsite to the dumpster near to the entrance of the park
- Please check in at the office to use paddle boat; max per boat is 2 persons; life jackets required
Walking Trails:
- Enjoy the trails at your own risk
- No cutting of trees/timber for firewood, leave the trails as you find them
- Please remain on trails; do not climb fences
Drug use:
- Illegal and recreational drug use is strictly prohibited
Photography: Entrance to the property constitutes permission for the management of Eagle Ridge RV Park to photograph or video record anyone while on premises, and to use any resulting pictures/video for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual
Pets:
- Pets must be leashed at all times
- Tethering pets to trees or hydrants is prohibited
- Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed
- Guests are responsible to clean up after their pet
- Pets may not be left outside unattended
- Pets are prohibited in buildings, amenity areas, inside cabins
- Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s)
Safety:
- No weapons, firearms* or fireworks** of any kind permitted
*Firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. Exception to firearm rule is made only for campers observing hunting season
**Fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers
Failure to follow ANY of these rules may result in ejection from the park, no refund.
Eagle Ridge RV Park reserves the right to update or modify park policies and rules at any time.
Staying at Eagle Ridge means you're likely to catch a spectacular sunset!
